Mock Red Hill Apple Cider Vinegar still contains the "mother" and is a natural probiotic. 

Since 1995, Mock's biodynamic farm has been making apple cider vinegar (ACV) using whole certified biodynamic apples which slowly fermented and matured in wooden (oak) barrels. 

The family-owned and operated orchard and farm is renowned for its certified ‘A-grade’ biodynamic apples, alcoholic cider, sparkling apple juice and pure apple cider vinegar which is fermented on the premises. Mock orchards have been producing high quality, Bio‐Dynamic (enhanced organic) fresh fruit, apple juice, apple ciders and apple cider vinegar on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia for many years.

This ACV is renown for is gourmet value in salad dressings, preserves, energy drinks and on fried food.

Contains the following Minerals: Potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, copper, sulphur, iron, fluorine and manganese. Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C and E.
