How Will My Order Be Shipped?
There are 4 scenarios outlined below in which your order could be shipped via 3 different transport methods. This will depend on the products you order (perishable or non-perishable) and if your delivery address is located in a major city or regional area. FREE shipping is also available for orders over $100.

Are you ordering only Non-Perishables and/or dry goods (NO fresh produce) and live in a major city or metropolitan area?
If yes, your order will be shipped via Sendle. Costs are outlined in more detail below, but the average cost is up to $6.50 for 500g and $11.80 for 2kg. If your order is over $100 there is no delivery fee charged. Your products will be dispatched the following business day from payment of your order between Monday – Friday, a confirmation email will be sent followed by a tracking number when the courier has collected your items. We ship Australia-wide and international.

Are you ordering only Non-perishables and/or dry goods (NO fresh produce) and live in a regional, remote or international areas?
If yes, your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Costs are outlined in more detail below, but average between $8.30 up to 500g and $25 for 2kg. If your order is over $100 and you’re in Australia, there is no delivery fee charged. If you're located overseas there will be a delivery fee regardless of the size of the order. Your products will be dispatched the following business day from payment of your order between Monday – Friday, a confirmation email will be sent followed by a tracking number when the courier has collected your items. We ship Australia-wide and international.

If yes, your order will be shipped via Biohax Australia – see our delivery zones map at the bottom of our home page www.areteorganics.com.au to see if your location is covered. There is a flat fee of $8.50 for delivery, however, if your order is over $100 there is no delivery fee charged. Dispatch will be on the day you nominate in the shipping details and a confirmation email will be sent. Please give clear and precise instructions for delivery.

Are you ordering a mix of Perishables (fresh produce & broth) + non-perishables + dry goods and live in the designated delivery Sydney Sutherland & Rockdale zones?
If yes, your order will be shipped via Biohax Australia – see our delivery zones map at the bottom of our home page www.biohax.com.au to see if your location is covered. There is a flat fee of $10 for delivery, however if your order is over $100 there is no delivery fee charged. If you’re ordering just fruit and vegetables, there is a minimum order of $30. If you are ordering just broth there is a minimum order of quantity 3 or $30. Dispatch will be on the day you nominate in the shipping details and a confirmation email will be sent. Please give clear and precise instructions for delivery.
Product Categories Explained:
Non-Perishables = Essential oils, beauty and cooking oils, raw minerals, home goods, non-perishable food, Cosmetics
Dry goods = herbs, spices, coffee
Perishables = vegetables, herbs, fruit, eggs, F&G boxes, stock broth and liquid broth
SHIPPING IN DETAIL
We understand once a customer makes a purchase they want their products shipped as soon as possible. In order to accommodate this expectation, non-perishable orders and dry goods will be dispatched Monday-Friday all over Australia with a tracking number provided through either Sendle for major cities or Australia post for regional areas. ETA for non-perishables and dry goods will be between 2-7 days depending on your location.
Perishables (broth + fresh produce) will be dispatched Monday to Sunday, but only within the designated Sydney Metropolitan areas at this stage. ETA for perishables will be within 24-48 hours (or on the date specified by you in your order details) and non-perishables/dry goods can be included to be delivered by Biohax Australia.
What if the allocated delivery times don’t suit?
If the allocated times don’t suit when placing your order, no problem, just call us on 0467 221 791 to see what else we can work out for you.
Can I request to sign for my order?
Please advise if you would like to physically sign for your package and we will ensure the driver does not leave your order until it has been signed. This information is acquired during the checkout process, before payment, under “delivery instructions”. We also ship to PO boxes by only if shipping is via Australia Post. If you would like to sign for your order and it’s being shipped via Australia Post, there is an additional $2 service fee.
Note: if you request for your order to be signed on delivery and no one is home to sign when the courier arrives, we are unable to take responsibility for any items that have spoiled as a result of being returned to our third-party transport company.
If it is perishable items (fresh produce & broth), we prefer not to leave it outside for more than an hour and recommend having someone home; friend, neighbour or family member to sign for it.

Shipping Details for BioHax Australia
Once you have paid for your perishables only or mixed non-perishables and perishables, there will be a small, flat fee of $10.00 inc GST charged for delivery. Free shipping for orders $100. If you’re a wholesale buyer, you will need to email Omar@areteorganics.com.au for pricing.
You will then receive an email notification from BioHax to confirm your order and receipt.
If there is a problem with your order (i.e. no stock or delivery related), we will contact you directly via mobile.
The following morning, we will pick, pack and ship your order “fresh” to your nominated doorstep.
We have allocated time slots for delivery 7-days a week as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5am-9pm
Saturday–Sunday: 8am-8pm (special deliveries can also occur on weekends outside these time slots if required. Please email your request to Omar@areteorganics.com)
You will be notified via SMS or phone call as to when the driver is 30mins-1 hour away from delivering your order.
We recommend someone to be home for perishable deliveries to ensure quality is maintained. This could be a neighbour, friend, family or work colleague nominated in the delivery instructions before you pay at the checkout.
Delivery will take place within 24-48 hours or on the date specified in your delivery instructions.
